Damages
For Sales
Brands are responsible for replacing any products that arrive damaged or are missing. In the case of damaged/missing products, please reach out to the brand to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number, product name, and image of the damage. Be sure to mention you ordered from Supergreat!
For Reward Drops & Supergreat Presents
No refunds (if awarded) will be issued without an image of the damage. To process a claim, please fill out this form.
Exchanges
For Sales
Exchanges follow the brand’s exchange policy for products ordered accidentally or in the incorrect shade or color. In the event of an exchange request, please reach out to the brand to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number, product name, reason for exchange. Be sure to mention you ordered from Supergreat.

Returns
